Is Your Message Meaningful
Are your customers babies in diapers? Or are they teenagers with skateboards? Chances are, most of you answered “no” to one or both of these questions.
Neither “Everyone” nor “Anybody” is our customer.
When we state that everyone or anybody is our customer or client, we open the door to attract business transactions we don’t want. I’m sure you can think of a few buyers in this moment who are “NOT” your customers – and then there are those you’d wish had never become customers in the first place.
Until we define who our ideal clients are, it is extremely difficult to create a powerful and emotionally driven core message. When a powerful core message about your product or service is communicated, it motivates your ideal prospects and top customers into action.
First identify who your ideal clients are, and then design a meaningful message that will bring you more repeat business, and more new business, with more ease.
